MS Access and VBA
Programming: ● Clinical Trials
Database: Created MS Access database
for monitoring results from private clinics performing human phase trials of
new pharmaceuticals, on behalf of Omnicare, a Clinical Research
Organization. Created effective

Xerox Business Services 1997 – 1998 |
Systems Analysis and Visual Basic Programming: ● Qualcomm
database: Designed conversion from
manual (Excel) account management system to an MS Access system, and

1995 - 1999 |
Two Programming Projects
with Visual Basic and QuickBasic: ● Anesthesia Drug
Techniques Access Database: Designed drug
technique system in collaboration with Dr. James Crews. The system enabled rounding physicians to
generate exact dosages for patients in Anesthesiology Wing. Wrote a program to connect the Access
database to a Palm Pilot 3, providing access by physicians during patient
visits. ● Neurology and
Anesthesiology Testing: Designed and
coded a program to perform the
standard battery of neuropsychological tests using a Kurta digitizing tablet,
